So, I have been going about this home doppler thing all wrong. I was holding the probe way down just above my pubic bone, and pointing it downward like the internet told me to. Well, the internet lies. I found the heartbeat about an inch above my pubic bone, and it was pointed straight, not down towards my feet. This was just a move of desperation, as we've had the doppler for about 5 weeks now, and I hadn't been able to pick up ANYTHING! So now I know where to look!
