Unreal...

I only have 15 days left of being Tristan Lynn Jones. This time in 15 days, I will probably be awake in excitement. In 15 days, and about 8 hours, I will be kneeling across the alter from my beloved in the Salt Lake City Temple, in front of our family and dearest friends.

I have butterflies.

In 15 days and 9 hours, I will be Tristan Lynn Hines.

I always underestimate the impact of typing these words. I am ridiculously excited, and yet slightly nervous. I really think I am more nervous about receiving my endowment than the sealing. I can't wait for the sealing. I love Tyler more than anything, and I can't wait to be his wife. The endowment is an unknown. The sealing, while the specifics are an unknown, feels like a "known." I KNOW I want to be with Tyler for eternity. I'm excited to gain extra parents and siblings. I'm especially excited to have an older brother and sister. It will be new, and very fun, to not be the oldest anymore.

When I think about it now, it still feels months away. I'm here, living in our new apartment, sleeping in our bed every night, and I still only have moments where I think, "I'm about to be someone's wife." Maybe our engagement was too long. *insert cheesy winking smiley face.*

I'm excited to see everyone. I'm so happy that my siblings and I will all be in the same place for the first time in 2 years! (My biological siblings, and my new siblings!) I'm happy that Andrew and Christina are coming out early to play, and that my sister will be here for the WHOLE WEEK before the wedding!

I am just excited. Life is good. Life is exciting. My challenges are looking smaller and smaller.

To Tyler: I love you, and I can't wait to be your wife.

To all: I can't wait to see you in 2 weeks!

P.S. I got a job. I really like it. Life is good.

P.S.S. On a completely unrelated and slightly unhappy note... Does anyone know what this rash is? It's been around for a few days now, and it's on my ears and eyelids as well. This picture is of my neck. I thought it was getting better, but I think it really just moved.

I heard swine flu leaves a rash maybe you have that! I would go to the doctor about it...

I'm so excited for you! And I can't wait to see you at the reception :D

Yes, they are coming...but they live here, and Tyler and I get along better with Andrew and Christina - we have a lot more in common, so we actually hang out.

Bug bites were ruled out. It's pretty much gone now though. It moved from my neck and chest to my ears and eyelids, but I think it's 100% gone now.

Spagettimonkey - who are you?

someone with an anonymous aol address?

and i still think the rash was stress..... especially since it went away. i usually get the symptoms of stress AFTER the stress is gone... so.. i wouldn't worry about it too much, or you might get another rash!

Haha. So true. Yeah, I think it's a little rude when people butt in and don't tell you who they are. But whatever.

Yeah, it's gone now completely, so I'm not worried.
